ID’s Required

Anytime you come inside of the school to sign in/out your child, for a meeting or to have lunch, you MUST have your ID or Bear Tag.  You must show it to the camera before you can enter the building.  Please make sure you close the door behind you for the next person to show their ID, and please do not open the door for anyone to come in.  This is for the safety of our staff, students and you. Thank you.

Tardy Policy

Students must be in their classrooms by 7:55 a.m. or they will be considered Tardy. Our Tardy Policy states that students who arrive after the 7:55 a.m. bell must be escorted by the parent to the front office and sign their child in. You will need your ID in order to come in and sign in your child.  The parent drop off line can sometimes be long, so please adjust your time accordingly.

American Heart Challenge

Schools across the country are developing happy and healthy students prepared to physically and emotionally conquer the world.

Parent Patio

Once a week you are aloud to come have lunch with your child in our courtyard area (weather permitted).  With that being said, please remember you are only aloud to eat with your child.  We have many students with different allergies so this is very important. Also, you must park in the parking lot and walk up to the school.  You cannot just park up in the Parent Drop off area. And please remember to have your ID.

                Counselor Corner

Courage: The personal strength to face difficulties, obstacles and challenges; having the determination to do the right thing even when others do not.

Investigate the idea that courage involves both obligations and actions.

What are my responsibilities within my school and neighborhood to demonstrate courage?

  • Do the right thing, even if others are not.
  • Be willing to try new things, even if you might fail.
  • Tell the truth regardless of the consequences.
  • Admit your mistakes and learn from them.
  • Bravely deal with your daily challenges.

“Courage is resistance to fear and mastery of fear, not absence of fear.” -Mark Twain

“Don’t make assumptions.  Find the courage to ask questions and to express what you really want.  Communicate with others as clearly as you can to avoid misunderstandings, sadness and drama.  With just one agreement, you can completely transform your life.” -Miguel Angel Ruiz
