Counselor Corner

This month’s character value is Cooperation. Cooperation—working together to do more than you can do alone. We are a team at Three Oaks Elementary.  It takes teamwork to build anything great. Ms. Hebert (Art) and I painted a red footprints path so our students could think of ways to show kindness. Our students’ success in life will be our greatest achievement and it takes a community to do that.  Talk to your children about what makes a successful team and how important cooperation is for team success. Family members who work together make a happy family. Remind students to use their manners and follow the BEAR expectations at school and at home. Ask them to say our BEAR expectations pledge.  We have raised money school wide for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society to help children who have blood cancers and the American Heart Association.  Go TEAM BEARS!

We are helping others with our teamwork.  Have a wonderful Spring Break and enjoy making memories with your children!

If you can do anything in this World, BE KIND.  You are making a difference!

Ms. Wallace, School Counselor. Contact me at if you have any questions or concerns about your child.
